The device comprises a disc record, a first motor, a tone arm and an arm retraction device and is characterized in that: the arm retraction device comprises a second motor, a swinging piece, a lifting rack, a bracket wheel and a driving mechanism, wherein when a second switch is in a closed state, the second motor starts and turns on a time delay circuit; when the second switch is open and the time delay circuit is in an off state, the second motor stops rotating; the swinging piece is in linkage with the tone arm; when the tone arm is in a retracted state, a first switch and the second switch are open; when the tone arm is in a disc record working state, the first switch is closed; the tone arm is in a disc record ending state, the second switch is closed; the input end of the driving mechanism is connected with the shaft of the second motor; and the output end of the driving mechanism is connected with a rotating shaft of the bracket wheel. Compared with the prior art, the driving device of the invention drives the tone arm to automatically retract by driving the driving mechanism by using the second motor so that the overall structure is more compact; the on/off of the first switch and the second switch is realized by the action of the swinging piece; and the action has short stroke and is triggered in place, so that an action error is avoided and the arm retraction is controlled more accurately and reliably.
