The symmetric overwater floating lamp comprises a floating body, an anchor chain and a gravity anchor and is characterized in that the bottom of the floating body is fixedly connected to the gravity anchor through the anchor chain; a wave energy power generation device is arranged at the lower part of the floating body; power generators are symmetrically distributed in two sides of the floating body; storage batteries are symmetrically arranged at the upper part of the floating body; an LED lamp is arranged at the upper part of each storage battery; the output end of each storage battery is electrically connected with each LED lamp; the input end of each battery storage is electrically connected with the output end of each power generator; an input shaft of each power generator is in fit connection with an output shaft of the wave energy power generation device. Through the symmetric overwater floating lamp, the wave tide energy is converted into electric energy for illumination of the symmetric overwater floating lamp via the wave energy power generation device; the wave tide energy serving as a renewable energy source can be fully used; the symmetric overwater floating lamp has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in use and high reliability.
