Planar-Magnetic Transducer With Improved Electro-Magnetic Circuit

The invention provides a planar-magnetic transducer with a frame and a primary magnet row structure of elongated magnets adjacent and air gapped from a first surface side of a mobile portion of a thin film or thin structure diaphragm with conductive traces incorporated with the diaphragm. An additional pair of magnetic sources attached to the frame outside of the vibratable region of the diaphragm and mounted above the plane of the opposite, second surface side of the diaphragm to enhance magnetic energy near the second surface side of the film diaphragm, without any magnet rows attached directly in front of the second surface side of the vibratable region of the diaphragm between the additional pair of magnetic sources. The additional magnetic sources can increase the drive force to the outer portions of the vibratable diaphragm, or across the diaphragm, to provide more control near the termination edge of the diaphragm and to create a more planar displacement of the diaphragm and increase transducer efficiency.

Single-magnet double-tone-circuit coaxial loudspeaker

A single-magnet double-tone-circuit coaxial loudspeaker includes a shell, a U iron, a magnet, a spring washer, a first diaphragm assembly, a second diaphragm assembly, an upper cover and a terminal plate. A single “magnet+spring washer+U iron” magnetic circuit is extended to be two upper-lower coaxial magnetic circuits, therefore, the first diaphragm assembly and the second diaphragm assembly which are electrically connected to the terminal plate generate a double-magnetic-circuit feature by sharing a single-magnet system. High frequency and low frequency wave bands are driven independently, such that high frequency and low frequency portions can achieve a better sound resolution effect. The complementation of the two reduces distortion, thus improves the overall acoustic performance of the loudspeaker.

Loudspeaker device

The invention discloses a loudspeaker device, comprising a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system, and an auxiliary system for receiving and fixing the vibration system and the magnetic circuit system. The vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm. The auxiliary system comprises a front cover. A waterproof gasket is provided at one side of the front cover far away from the vibration system. The vibrating diaphragm, the front cover and the waterproof gasket are integratedly combined by injection moulding. The vibrating diaphragm of the vibration system and the front cover and the waterproof gasket of the auxiliary system are integratedly combined by injection moulding, and the waterproof gasket is compressed after being contacted with a terminal, so that the loudspeaker device of the invention satisfies the terminal waterproof requirement of IPX7 or higher, achieving good waterproof effect. Furthermore, the vibrating diaphragm, the front cover and the waterproof gasket are integratedly formed, thereby simplifying the production process of the waterproof loudspeaker device, improving the production efficiency, lowering the production cost of the loudspeaker device and increasing the yield rate of the repaired loudspeaker device.

Speaker device

A speaker device has a magnet, outer yokes, and inner yokes which are assembled so that a magnetic gap is formed between the outer yoke and inner yokes over which a magnetic flux which is generated from the magnet cuts across. A voice coil unit which is linked to a diaphragm is disposed within the magnetic gap, and positioning members determine the positions of the inner yokes and the outer yokes which attach magnetically to the magnet such that a magnetic gap is formed. The speaker device has a magnetic circuit of which the construction facilitates assembly, and recycling of various individual parts is relatively easy.

Method and apparatus for controlling material vibration modes in polymer and paper high performance speaker diaphragms

A method for reducing the radiation amplitude of material vibration modes (division vibrations) from a loudspeaker transducer diaphragm mechanically vibrated for the purpose of transforming an electrical signal into an acoustic signal. The diaphragm material may consist of formed paper or plastic sheet materials or molded paper pulp. The amplitude reduction of material vibration modes and pressure waves within the diaphragm material is accomplished by impressing small, shaped structures within the diaphragm material at critical locations determined by measurement with laser vibration analysis or position sensitive transient analysis of a loudspeaker transducer. The method is applied to the diaphragm material after it has been formed into the shape of a loudspeaker transducer diaphragm, either before or after the diaphragm has been assembled into a loudspeaker transducer.
