The invention belongs to the technical field of ship waste heat utilization, energy conservation and emission reduction, and particularly relates to a multi-energy complementary ship cold and hot water system which can meet ship cold and hot water supply under various operation working conditions of a ship and comprises a smoke loop, a steam loop, a cylinder sleeve water loop, a cooling water loop, a chilled water loop, a heat pump working medium loop and a domestic water loop. The smoke loop and the heat pump working medium loop belong to heating loops and are used for making domestic hot water by utilizing heat in smoke of a marine main engine and a generator set or heat of solar energy. The steam loop and the cylinder sleeve water loop belong to refrigeration loops and are used for meeting the cold load requirement of a ship. And the chilled water loop is mainly used for cooling a ship cabin. And meanwhile, the heat pump working medium loop can also play a role in cooling the cabin.In the actual operation process of the ship, the smoke loop, the steam loop, the cylinder sleeve water loop, the chilled water loop and the ship heat pump working medium heating loop supplement one another to meet the cold and hot load requirements of the ship under various working conditions.
