The vacuum toilet system comprises a urinal, a transit box and a waste water tank, wherein the urinal is provided with a urinal draining port; the transit box is connected to the urinal draining port by means of a urinal draining line, the transit box comprises a transit draining port, a switchable urinal draining valve is arranged in the urinal draining line so as to close or open the urinal draining line, the transit box is connected to a vacuum source and an air pressure source, and the transit box is connected to a transit box pressure sensor used for detecting the internal pressure of the transit box; and the waste water tank is connected to the transit draining port by means of a transit draining line, and a switchable transit draining valve is arranged in the transit draining line so as to close or open the transit draining line.
