The invention discloses an antibacterial blended
yarn and a
spinning process thereof. The antibacterial blended
yarn is spun by 20 to 25 weight percent of bamboo carbon
fiber, 35 to 40 weight percent of cotton
fiber, 20 to 25 weight percent of
modal fiber and 20 to 25 weight percent of tencel fiber through a semi-
spinning process. The
spinning process sequentially comprises
dyeing,
carding, drawing, roving, spinning and
spooling. The bamboo carbon antibacterial blended
yarn is blended by various fibers, the characteristic of each fiber is highlighted by rationally arranging a weight ratio of each fiber, and the advantages of various fibers are integrated, so that the basic performance of the yarn is kept, and the antibacterial function is also guaranteed. The adopted semi-spinning process has shorter flow than the spinning process; and the yarn is fluffier and softer than the spun
yard and is more uniform and glossier than the roved yarn. The semi-spinning process has high
raw material adaptability, the spinning count can be high or low, technology is popularized, equipment investment is small and occupied
plant area is small.
