Flywheel energy storing device

The invention discloses a flywheel energy storing device. The device includes a vacuum container arranged on the outer layer. A rotary shaft is arranged in the center of the vacuum container. A radial-axial permanent magnetic bearing is nested in the upper end of the rotary shaft. The lower end of the rotary shaft is sleeved with a flywheel, a single-winding outer rotor magnetic suspension switch reluctance motor, and a permanent magnetic bias radial-axial magnetic bearing successively from top down. The rotary shaft penetrates through the center of the flywheel and is connected with the flywheel. The flywheel is nested in an outer rotor of the single-winding outer rotor magnetic suspension switch reluctance motor. According to the invention, by combining that the single-winding outer rotor magnetic suspension switch reluctance motor can drive the flywheel directly and has a high-speed suspension function with that the radial-axial magnetic bearing and a hybrid magnetic shaft have characteristics of controllable suspension in forced uninstallation, five degree of freedom and high-reliability suspension of the flywheel are realized. Besides, operation speed of the flywheel is increased and system power consumption and size are reduced.

The stator comprises a stator iron core, permanent magnets, three-phase armature windings and pulse windings, wherein the stator iron core comprises a stator yoke and stator teeth formed by permanent teeth and armature teeth; the permanent magnets are shaped like a tile and radially magnetized, so that magnetic leakage factors are small; the magnetization directions of the two adjacent permanent magnets are opposite; the three-phase armature windings are wound on the armature teeth; and the pulse windings are wound on the permanent magnets. According to the permanent magnet memory motor, the weak magnetic ability and the rotation speed running range of the motor can be improved; and the no-load air gap magnetic field can be adjusted. In addition, the permanent magnet memory motor disclosed by the invention is strong in mechanical reliability, thereby being suitable for high-speed running.

An efficient means for transmitting digitized return path signals over a cable television return path is disclosed. In one embodiment of the invention, the cable television return path includes a node that receives an analog return signal from a subtree of the cable television system and generates a digital transport signal representative of the analog return path signal. The digital transport signal, however, is not a digitized form of the analog return signal. Rather, the digital transport signal is encoded such that fewer bits are used to represent the analog return signal without substantially impacting the accuracy and dynamic range of the signal. At the hub, the digital transport signal is decoded and converted to produce an analog signal that is a close approximation of the analog return signal.

The structure comprises a primary portion and a secondary portion, wherein an air gap is formed between the primary portion and the secondary portion, a plurality of virtual slots and a plurality of virtual teeth are arranged at the tooth end of each tooth of the primary portion in the moving direction of a motor, the number of the virtual teeth is N1, the number of the virtual slots is N2, the relation of N1 and N2 is N1=N2+1, and the N2 is an odd number larger than 1; a fourth permanent magnet is embedded in the virtual slot right in the middle, and magnetism gathering modules are embedded in the other virtual slots; the magnetizing direction of the fourth permanent magnet is perpendicular to the moving direction of the motor and is towards the air gap; each magnetism gathering module is formed by sequentially and tightly attaching three permanent magnets, wherein the magnetizing direction of the middle permanent magnet is perpendicular to the moving direction of the motor and is towards the air gap, the two permanent magnets on the two sides are relatively magnetized, and the magnetizing direction is the same as the moving direction of the motor; due to the matching of the permanent magnets and the magnetism gathering modules, the positioning force can be reduced, and meanwhile performance indexes such as no-load counter electromotive force, thrust output and the dosage of the permanent magnets are not affected.

Less-rare-earth multi-excitation-source double-stator flux-switching memory motor

The invention discloses a less-rare-earth multi-excitation-source double-stator flux-switching memory motor, which belongs to the technical field of motor body design and operating principles. Coaxial outer stators, rotors and inner stators are sleeved together in turns from outside to inside to compose the memory motor, wherein a radial air gap exists between the outer stators and the rotors, the rotors and the inner stators, the outer stators are composed of armature core teeth, fault-tolerant teeth and stator yokes, and the rotors are composed of a rotor support, a magnetic silicon steel block and a magnetic insulation block, and meanwhile, the inner stators are composed of the inner stator core and a combined permanent-magnet cell block. The double-stator structure of the motor realizes the separation of armature winding and permanent magnet and solves the problem that multiple excitation sources inside the traditional flux-switching permanent magnet motors restrain each other, thereby easily increasing motor power density and torque density. The memory motor maintains high air-gap flux density and ensures of the motor power density and the torque density, meanwhile, the consumption of rare-earth permanent-magnetic materials is effectively lowered. On the other side, the memory motor can realize flexible adjustment of a motor air-gap field and expand the range of speed operation.
