bogie steering resistance moment
measurement test bench. The
test bench comprises auxiliary lifting mechanisms, an
electro hydraulic servo system, a steering resistance moment measurement platform, a rotation shaft, a transverse positioning mechanism
assembly and a lower fixed platform, four sets of auxiliary lifting mechanisms lift the steering resistance moment measurement platform, the auxiliary lifting mechanisms are fixed on a
test bench counter-force seat fixing platform and connected with the steering resistance moment measurement platform through a lifting pull rod, two longitudinal actuators in the
electro hydraulic servo system are in a hinged connection with a
test bench base and the steering resistance moment measurement platform, the rotation shaft and the transverse positioning mechanism
assembly are fixed on the lower fixed platform, simultaneously the upper portion of the test bench is connected with the steering resistance moment measurement platform through an expansion type sliding block, and thereby the transverse positioning of the test bench is achieved. By means of the

measurement test bench, the steering resistance moment measurement is achieved in states of full vehicle completion and
bogie completion simulated vehicle weight during the test, simultaneously the bogie steering resistance coefficient can be determined, and thereby the vehicle can be evaluated.
