Compared with test-tube rooting, the method has the advantages that the steps of cleaning and transplanting hardened seedling are removed, the phenomenon that a large amount of roots are damaged in the cleaning and transplanting process of the test-tube rooted seedlings can be avoided, meanwhile, a rooting inducer is easily dissolved in water, NaOH or ethyl alcohol isnot needed for dissolution promotion, the pH value does not need to be adjusted, and therefore the damage of the NaOH or the ethyl alcohol to the tissue culture seedlings can be avoided, meanwhile, the time and the cost are saved; and the method is high in rooting rate and high in transplanting survival rate, and the problems of long rooting time and low transplanting survival rate of existing blueberry tissue culture seedlings are solved.
