The invention discloses a
fan blade suitable for an axial flow fan with a front motor frame. The
fan blade comprises a wheel rim and a plurality of blades which are evenly distributed on the
peripheral face of the wheel rim and are of a three-dimensional twisted structure, wherein a plurality of pits which are arranged in a matrix mode are formed in a windward side of each blade, each row of pits are arranged in a flow direction at the same spanwise height, flow direction spacing S of each row of pits is equal, and spanwise spacings C between the rows are equal. According to the invention, the pits formed in the windward sides of the blades have the effect of a vortex generator, and low-speed areas are formed in the pits when
airflow flows through the blades, so that thickness of a boundary layer of a pressure surface is increased, and outlet pressure of a fan is improved; and meanwhile, vortex structures are formed in the pits when the
airflow flows through the pits, so that the turbulence
energy level of the boundary layer is improved, the boundary layer is transited in advance, a large-scale vortex structure formed by streaming of a motor frame is favorably damaged, small-scale isotropic turbulence is formed, turbulence
noise is reduced, flowing uniformity is improved, a flowing state of the fan is improved, and performance of the axial flow fan is further improved.
