The invention provides a method for correcting a thermocouple measurement value to obtain the bone drilling temperature of an actual drilling point. The method comprises: step one, establishing threekinds of finite element analysis models; step two, carrying out solid bone drilling temperature measurement experiment and extracting highest measured temperature values of a model II and a model III,optimizing the model II and the model III, and applying optimization results to the model I; step three, simulating the optimized model I, model II, and model III and extracting a highest simulated temperature value; step four, calculating relative errors of the highest simulated temperatures of the model II and the model III relative to the model I under different bone drilling parameter combination, carrying out fitting to obtain a relative error formula, and calculating a highest temperature value of the actual drilling point of the model I based on a relative error formula and the highestmeasured temperature values of the model II and the model III; and step five, according to the highest temperature value of the actual drilling point, selecting a bone drilling parameter of a bone surgery operation and controlling a range. In addition, the invention also provides a computer device. Therefore, the accuracy of the highest temperature value of the actual drilling point can be improved.
