system. A floor drain, a
water discharge pipe and
water storage columns are arranged inside a building, and a rainwater collection
pool is also arranged under the building. The intelligent building
system is characterized in that the
water storage columns are arranged on the inner side of the building, leads and plugs are arranged on the surfaces of the
water storage columns, the leads are connected with the plugs arranged on the surfaces of the water storage columns and arranged on different
layers, sensors are arranged in the leads and the plugs and connected with an external power source arranged at the bottom of the building through a circuit, a water raising pipeline is connected with the water storage columns, a water suction pump and the rainwater collection
pool arranged on the lower layer of a building underground garage, the external power source supplies power to the water suction pump,
storm sewers are arranged on the ground surfaces on the periphery of the building, and filtering
layers are paved under the
storm sewers. In the
flood season, rainwater is collected to the rainwater collection
pool of the garage through collection of the
storm sewers and filtering of the filtering
layers. The intelligent building
system achieves intelligent fire extinguishment,
smoke removing, warm keeping, cold resisting, flood protection, water taking and the other functions through the
building design.
