diameter pile buried hammer. Equipment adopted by the salvage method comprises a
punching pile machine, a new larger
pile hammer, a small pile hammer, a positioning
pulley, a movable
pulley block, a guide wheel, an added
winch, a
slurry pump, a
slurry conveying
pipe and
slurry. The
punching pile
machine comprises a main
winch and a secondary
winch. The main winch, the new large pile hammer, the small pile hammer and the positioning
pulley form a new
punching system. The secondary winch, the
slurry pump, the slurry conveying
pipe and the slurry form a slurry circulating
system. The added winch, the movable pulley block and the guide wheel form a lifting
system. The salvage method includes the following steps of A, positioning of the punching pile
machine, B, assembling of the new punching system, C, installation of the movable pulley block, D, installation of the added winch and the guide wheel, E, assembling of the new lifting system, F, assembling of the new slurry circulating system and grouting, G, punching operation with the large pile hammer, H, punching operation with the small pile hammer, I, lifting with the lifting system and J, accomplishment of salvage of the pile buried hammer.
