The acquisition device is also configured to provide lateral stability to the stapling device prior to the stapling device being clamped onto tissue.

The electrode assembly according to the present invention is a hybrid type electrode assembly solving the problems of the jelly-roll type electrode assembly and the stacking type electrode assembly. Consequently, when external impacts are applied to the electrode assembly, for example, the electrode assembly falls, it is possible to minimize the occurrence of internal short circuits and thus to improve the safety of the electrode assembly. Furthermore, it is possible to perform the process for impregnating (wetting) the electrolyte into the electrodes in a short time during the assembly of the electrochemical cell.
