A method for obtaining feedback from consumers receiving an advertisement from an ad provider through an interactive channel, such as the Internet, interactive television or an interactive kiosk or ATM. The method includes the steps of creating a feedback panel including one or more pre-planned responses fitting said advertisement and linking the feedback panel via an icon with the advertisement delivered to consumers. Through this sequential procedure of network elements, a caller can hear a sound specified by a called instead of a dry RBT with no progress tone.
