A closure device for a withdrawable rack adapted for receiving power circuit breaker includes a plate arrangement having at least two plates provided with openings and movable relative to one another so that the plate arrangement is changeable between an open position in which the openings of the plates are in alignment and a closed position in which the openings are out of alignment. An actuating mechanism is acted upon by the power circuit breaker as it is inserted to cause a movement of at least one of the plates to thereby change the plate arrangement between the closed and open positions. The actuating mechanism includes two V-shaped linkage assemblies. Each linkage assembly has two legs connected by a hinge to allow the linkage assembly to spread apart, with one of the legs having a free end which is connected to the at least one of the plates, and a coupler is connected to the hinge. Both couplers are jointly articulated to actuating element.

A system and method are provided for coordinating the installation and removal a motor control center subunit with the power connection and interruption thereof. A system of interlocks and indicators causes an operator to install a motor control center subunit into a motor control center, and connect supply and control power thereto, in a particular order. Once installed, a test module system included with the subunit provides for pass-through connection of signals from equipment test points. The test module can thus relay internal conditions of the subunit to the operator without a need for disengaging or opening the subunit.

The invention discloses a terminal box which comprises a box body and a temperature and humidity control device, wherein the box body is in an enclosed structure; the temperature and humidity control device comprises a controller, an air conditioner, a dehumidifier, a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor. The temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are respectively used for collecting temperature and humidity signals in the box body and transmitting the temperature and humidity signals to the controller. The controller is used for respectively comparing the temperature and the humidity in the box body with set operating temperature and set operating humidity. Moreover, when the temperature in the box body is higher than the maximum operating temperature or is lower than the minimum operating temperature, the controller switches on the air conditioner. When the humidity in the box body is higher than the maximum operating humidity, the controller switches on the dehumidifier. According to the invention, the temperature and the humidity in the box body are adjusted by using the air conditioner and the dehumidifier respectively and the operating requirements on precision electrical elements in the box body are better met by controlling the operation of the air conditioner and the dehumidifier through the controller.
