The technical schemes of the invention are as follows. A computer camera captures and analyzes a user's expressions to help remove negative emotions. A system firstly pre-acquires the basic expression samples of the user and uses them as a characteristic template. A video is initiated in a fixed time to collect the facial images of the user in the fixed time. Then, the facial images experience pre-treatment, identification and analysis.
