The full filbert peptide nourishment contains 3-90% by weight of mixed active peptides of oligopeptide, short chain polypeptide and polypeptide and also contains linoleic acid, oleic acid, linolenic acid, phospholipid, flavonoid substances, carotene, VB1, VB2, VB12, VC, VC, VA, niacin, calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, magnesium, beta-sitosterol, glucose and water. The full filbert peptide nourishment is prepared by the following steps of: adding water into filbert or filbert pulp for pulping; pumping the pulp into a colloid mill to be ground, wherein the fineness of the colloid mill is 210-250 meshes; then homogenizing the powder through an ultrahigh homogenizer until the fineness of the material reaches 700-800 meshes; then performing pulse type steam impact at a high temperature and a high pressure; adding lipase after reducing the temperature to stand at a constant temperature for biochemical treatment; adjusting the PH value to 6-8; then adding neutral protease to stand at a constant temperature for biochemical treatment again; and finally, separating out a full filbert peptide original liquid so as to prepare the full filbert peptide nourishment.
