A system for covering drain pipe outlets, particularly, as they exit a building. The system includes a band that is tightened around the exterior of a pipe as it protrudes through the side of a building. Attached to the band is a hinged cover which is sized to entirely cover the pipe and hidden hinge. The cover may be covered with material to match or complement the building exterior surfacing, such as paint or stucco. In addition, the band portion may also include one or more restictors, such as bars, to prevent unauthorized access or debris from entering the pipe. A fuel receiver assembly, that permits replacement of a worn fuel receiver without draining the fuel tank, includes a check valve receptacle having a male-pipe-threaded nipple which engages the female-threaded pipe coupling of the fuel tank. The check valve receptacle has a spring-biased, normally closed check valve that prevents fuel from escaping from the fuel tank. Fuel pressure from the refueling pump opens the normally-closed check valve. The check valve receptacle is designed to be a relatively permanent installation in the fuel tank, having ultra-low-wear components. The check valve receptacle also has a female-threaded socket that is coaxial with the male-pipe-threaded nipple. A specially-designed male-threaded fuel receiver engages the female-threaded socket. Sealing between the check valve receptacle and the replaceable fuel receiver is accomplished by an O-ring seal installed on the fuel receiver.

The air bag door has a groove portion of a predetermined depth serving as a predetermined break portion and provided at the peripheral edge of a door panel provided at a base of an instrument panel. The first groove portion extending at the boundary between the base and the door panel has side wall surfaces defining the base side of the first groove portion. The side wall surfaces are obliquely formed in such a way as to come away outward from the door panel as the groove portion extends toward a bottom portion from an open end opening at the back side of the base. Dual Door Release Handle

The present invention is a dual door release handle and related mechanisms for use with cabs of industrial vehicles that an operator may reach from outside of such a cab in order to fully release a door that has been propped open in order to close it. The dual door release handle of the present invention includes a latching mechanism having a handle mounted on the inside of the cab that extends into the doorway such that it may be reached through the open door of the cab by an operator who is located outside and / or below the cab. A linkage is provided between this handle and an operable device associated with the release mechanism inside the cab. The linkage is operatively attached to the handle and to the release mechanism such that turning the handle causes the linkage to move the release mechanism. Movement of the handle pulls the linkage and releases the holdback holding the open door against the side of the cab. Thus, an operator may reach up into the cab from the outside and pull down on the interior handle in order to release the door from its holdback position against the side of the cab allowing the door to swing freely so that it may be closed.

An animal lead is arranged for gripping by a handler at one end, and has a releasable attachment means for a collar or harness at the other end. The present invention is directed a novel method and apparatus for reducing crosstalk in a lead frame based electrical device package. One cause of the crosstalk in the lead frame package is the mutual inductance between adjacent lead fingers. A conductive sheet or mesh is introduced into the lead frame package such that one edge of the conductive sheet is below the die attach pad and electrically connected to the die and another edge is below the lead fingers and electrically connected to the ground lead of the package. Such arrangement significantly reduces the inductive coupling between adjacent lead fingers by coupling the lead fingers with the conductive sheet. The conductive sheet includes an array of through holes allowing the encapsulant material from the two sides of the sheet to flow smoothly together into one body.
