The invention discloses a quick-replacing battery box electric connection device for an
electric vehicle. The cross section of an outer box
electrode contact (2) is of a T-shaped step structure, and the outer box
electrode contact (2) is divided into a large end, a middle section and a small end. A groove is formed in the end face of the large end of the outer box
electrode contact, and an elastic electric conductor (1) is fixedly arranged in the groove. The outer box
electrode contact is sleeved with a spring (3) and then penetrates into a rear cavity from a front cavity of an outer box electrode base (4). One end of the spring abuts against the reverse side of the large end of the outer box
electrode contact. The other end of the spring abuts against the position, in front of an inner hole, of the front cavity of the outer box electrode base. The small end of the outer box
electrode contact is sleeved with a limiting block (7) and a cable connecting nut (5). The limiting block abuts against the step on the middle section of the outer box electrode contact. A connecting cable (8) is clamped and fastened through the limiting block and the cable connecting nut. An electrode base rear cover (6) is arranged in the rear cavity of the outer box electrode base. The quick-replacing battery box electric connection device can enable
contact resistance between the outer box electrode contact and an inner box electrode contact to become smaller, the outer box electrode contact can swing along with the inner box electrode contact, and consequently it can be guaranteed that the electrode contacts are always in a good contact state.
