The cross section of an outer box electrode contact (2) is of a T-shaped step structure, and the outer box electrode contact (2) is divided into a large end, a middle section and a small end. The invention also includes a wedging member selectively moveable between the first and second surfaces for being selectively compressible between the first and third surfaces to limit the sliding movement.
