The invention discloses a rhabdovirus
expression vector capable of relieving high-
titer inhibition. A rhabdovirus expression
system does not have a significant
dose effect, that is, the high
virus titer cannot increase the yield of exogenous genes, because the
high titer induces aggregation of later-period expression factors LEF-10, and then expression of later-period genes is inhibited. Accordingto the vector, through
mutation of the 21st
leucine site of the LEF-10, aggregation tendency of the LEF-10 is lowered.
Insect cells are infected by high-
titer mutation rhabdovirus, thus the expression amount, controlled by later-period promoters, of the exogenous genes can be significantly increased, and through increase of the expression yield, the production cost of enterprises can be significantly lowered. The rhabdovirus
expression vector can be used in the field of
biological product industry, especially the field of
subunit vaccine industry.
