For controlling a conduction time of a voltage-regulating motor, a transformer firstly computes voltage according to current required by a current acquiring signal, then computes the conduction time of the motor; three phases are repeatedly regulated to achieve the current-stabilization effect; furthermore, a testingcircuit is in starlike jointing method, other two phases can be influenced when any one phase current is adjusted; in addition, the testing circuit can act while feeding back a signal, thereby improving a current-stabilization speed; the current-stabilization time is within 2 seconds and the current-stabilization precision is high.
