The method comprises the following steps: a LoRa processor sends a polling request to a corresponding LoRa terminal through a LoRa gateway at an appointed time node according to a terminal working time file of a working channel; the terminal working time file is computed and generated by the LoRa processor according to the parameter of each LoRa terminal, wherein the time node for performing data between each LoRa terminal and the LoRa processor is stored; after receiving the polling request, the LoRa terminal sends the monitoring data to the LoRa processor through the LoRa gateway. Through the LoRa communication method disclosed by the application, the LoRa processor orderly polls each LoRa terminal according to the terminal working time file so as to acquire the monitoring data, thereby avoiding the data conflict and effectively improving the communication efficiency. The application further discloses a LoRa communication system, and the system also has the above mentioned effect.
