The invention provides an on-line monitoring grounding wire lead-out structure of a high-voltage sleeve, comprising a high-voltage sleeve and a connecting terminal. The structure is characterized by also comprising a jacket the bottom end of which is connected with the high-voltage sleeve, wherein the jacket comprises a cavity, and the cavity is internally provided with a conducting rod; one end of the conducting rod is connected with the connecting terminal, while the other end extends out of the jacket and is connected with a connecting element; and an insulating filler block is arranged between the jacket and the conducting rod. In the invention, the newly designed jacket is used for replacing an original cap, and other separated and insulated parts are matched with the jacket, thus the structure can be directly arranged on the existing high-voltage sleeve tap structure without changing other relational structures. The structure not only reliably achieves the on-line insulated monitoring of the high-voltage sleeve, but also saves the processing and mounting cost, is quite convenient to use and can guarantee good electric connection and sealing property.
