The present invention discloses a staggered discharge device of needle beds of safety intravenous needles. The device comprises a vibration unit, a flatwise conveying unit, a staggering unit, a base plate and an adjusting unit, wherein the flatwise conveying unit is disposed between the vibration unit and the staggering unit, the needle beds in the vibration unit enter into the flatwise conveying unit in turn and are conveyed into the staggering unit through the flatwise conveying unit, and one end of the adjusting unit is connected with the base plate while the other end is connected with the staggering unit. According to the staggered discharge device provided by the invention, through left-right, front-back and up-down translation of a cylinder, the position of the staggering unit is adjusted, so the staggered discharge device becomes adjustable, and an application range of the discharge device is enlarged; by a staggered discharge means, the part feeding quantity is increased; and through an optical fiber sensor, the part feeding quantity stays the same every time, the reliability of a feeding device is improved, and the labor productivity is thus enhanced.
