The invention discloses an intelligent
distribution system for a medical AGV trolley. The intelligent
distribution system for the medical AGV trolley comprises an AGV trolley, an isolation cabinet with a plurality of isolation
layers, a central controller, an
authorization module, and a first RFID reader-writer. The AGV trolley drives the isolation cabinet to move. The
authorization module and induction module are linked to open the isolation
layers under the set permission. A micro-switch is used for inducing the opening and closing of the isolation
layers. A touch screen is used for displaying the corresponding inpatient ward information of each
isolation layer, and is used for staff confirmation. A second RFID reader-writer updates the floor information of the RFID, and an
elevator controller obtains the relative information of the RFID through the first RFID reader-writer to control the
elevator operation. According to the intelligent
distribution system for the medical AGV trolley, the safety and diversity of
hospital medicine distribution is effectively combined, through the layered design of the isolation cabinet and the independent control of the isolation layers, the laborcost and operation cost are reduced while the
medicine are safely served to the various inpatient ward areas. The intelligent distribution
system for the medical AGV trolley further achieves intelligent interaction with an
elevator to complete the whole process of medical logistics.
