The preparation method comprises the following steps: a carbonyl compound and an organic silicon compound are used as raw materials, and a metal organic silicide precursor is obtained after low temperature reaction and purification by sublimation; and the metal organic silicide precursor is sublimated to a carrier in a fluidized bed reactor for metal organic chemical vapor deposition, thus obtaining the high-performance supported metal silicide catalyst.
