The invention relates to a
pultrusion production method and appliance of
fiber reinforced composite bending profiles. The production method comprises the working procedures of feeding yarns, arrangingfiber, gumming, preforming, solidifying and forming, pulling and
cutting. The appliance for realizing the
pultrusion production method comprises a creel, a
fiber arrangement board, a guide roller, aresin glue tank, a preforming die, a solidifying die, a first bending and pulling device, a second bending and pulling device, a
cutting device and a rack, wherein the yarns are preliminarily heated,extruded, solidified and formed in the solidifying die and then are pulled out of the die by the bending and pulling devices so as to move along with a circular curve track, and the yarns are
cut so as to form the bending profiles after reaching the
proper length. The method has the advantages of simplicity and clearness, a production tool is simple and is easy to implement, and the production method is suitable for
pultrusion production of the bending profiles with different radii.
