The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring the perfusion rate of legs. The measurement apparatus of the present invention includes a light leakage prevention unit including a light emitting device for radiating light having a certain wavelength onto a living body injected with Indocyanine Green (ICG), and a light leakage prevention housing formed to prevent transmission of external light. A data acquisition unit includes a band pass filter for passing therethrough only light, having a near infrared wavelength, in a fluorescence image emitted by the ICG and the light emitting device, and a Charge Coupled Device (CCD) camera for photographing a near infrared wavelength region. A data processing unit calculates a perfusion rate of the living body on a basis of data about the near infrared wavelength region through a data cable connected to the data acquisition unit. A data output unit outputs the perfusion rate calculated by the data processing unit.

Reinforced cord well lifting bar assembly

An exercise bar cord impingement assembly permits exercise in two modes, defined in terms of how cord anchoring is arranged. It also permits exercise to be conducted either with a stretchable cord and handgrip together connected to the bar's body or just the stretchable cord itself so connected. In either case, there are slots in the bar's body to slide the cord through. Specially shaped wells or nests accommodate impingement of the elastic cord and firm handgrip emplacement. The ends of the bar's body are preferably shaped into pipe bowl configuration disposed to insure a good fit and avoid torque.

Exercise bar cord impingement assembly

An exercise bar cord impingement assembly permits exercise in two modes, defined in terms of how cord anchoring is arranged. There is a tunnel or, alternatively, a nest at each end of the bar where snug connection—a direct one—with a conventionally stoppered cord end is made. Handgrips may be employed with the assembly instead, in which case, each cord end is impinged not within the bar's body but within the grips—an indirect connection. A tunnel may have shared emplacement wells within it, preferably situated concentrically, one for the impinged cord, the other for an emplaced handgrip connection block. A handgrip's connecting block may be shaped in any of several ways for rotational positioning advantages. Cord emplacement slots are preferably present in both the bar and the block. In models having nests instead of tunnels, a cord emplacement channel is necessarily provided to get the impinged cord seated into place.

Cap mounted light

An illumination system for a hat is provided. The system includes a light pivotally connected to an attachment mechanism constructed of hook and latch material. The hook and latch material is provided around an adjustment band of a typical “baseball cap.” Batteries and a touch sensitive switch are coupled to the light with the touch sensitive switch facing inward. The cap is usable in its standard orientation during the day to shield the suns rays from the user's eyes. At night, or indoors, the cap may be reversed. Whereas in the standard orientation the touch sensitive switch is blocked from contact with the skin by the user's hair, in the reversed orientation the touch sensitive switch contacts the user's forehead, thereby actuating the light automatically for use.

Screw

The screw comprises a circular rod, a tip, a tool connecting part, a thread part, and multiple protruding ribs. The circular rod has a centerline, a tail end, and a head end. The tip is formed on the tail end. The tool connecting part is formed on the head end. The thread part helically extends from an outer surface of the tip to an outer surface of the circular rod. The multiple protruding ribs are formed on an outer surface around the tail end and disposed in multiple thread pitches of the thread part from the tip. The multiple protruding ribs straightly extend on the circular rod and are parallel to the centerline, and provide a reaming effect to reduce resistance when the tip of the screw is screwed into the workpiece. So chips are smoothly discharged from the workpiece.

Gas burner head

A gas burner head assembly characterized by a flame-leading pipe strategically positioned between a burning plate and an igniter to provide a climbing path for the flame. The igniter is a part of a standard gas oven and has a fixed height. The burning plate rests on top of a housing that confines a gas-air mixing chamber. The upper open end of the flame-leading pipe is secured on an upper rim of a peripheral wall of the housing. The lower open end of the flame-leading pipe is aligned to the igniter and the main gas nozzle of a valve module mounted on the oven body. By leading the ignited flame to climb from a lower level located by the igniter to a higher level positioned by the burning plate, the gas burner head effectively eliminates the undesirable ignition obstruction while accommodating the standard gas oven valve assembly and igniter.

The switch element can include a channel defined by a channel base, at least one channel side, and at least one open end. The actuator element can be rotatably mounted to the channel side such that rotation of the actuator element causes an outer point of the actuator element to position at a location proximate the channel base. In this position, a passage through the open end is substantially larger than a passage between the outer point of the actuator element and the point proximate the channel base. Further, rotation of the actuator element causes a change in location of the field element that can effectuate switching.

Overhead door lock system and control unit therefor

A locking mechanism includes a frame having a movement obstruction arm movable into a track on which rollers of an overhead door will move. When any roller on the door abuts against the arm, it will obstruct any further opening movement of the overhead door. A camming means is associated with the movement obstruction arm to automatically shift the same to a position out of the trackway when the door is moving back to the closed position. A control module is operable with the locking mechanism and receives a signal from a locking mechanism indicative of whether or not the locking mechanism is opened or closed. The control module will thereupon provide an opening signal to an opener for the overhead door.
