air cushion suspension transport vehicles, in particular to an automatic charging device of an
air cushion suspension transport vehicle. The automatic charging device comprises a ground charging
pile and a vehicle-mounted power-receiving unit. The charging
pile is driven by an
electric drive pusher to automatically stretch out a charging contact after receiving the instruction of the
air cushion suspension transport vehicle, the charging contact is in contact with a vehicle-mounted charging
contact pad, after the charging contact is in full contact with the charging
contact pad, a stopping stretching instruction is given out by a microswitch, after the instruction of the air
cushion suspension transport vehicle is received, a power source is automatically connected, and automatic recharging is started. After the recharging is finished, after the instruction given out by the air
cushion suspension transport vehicle is received, the
electric drive pusher drives the charging contact to withdraw into a shell of the charging
pile, and meanwhile the power source is switched off. According to the automatic charging device of the air
cushion suspension transport vehicle, automatic charging can be achieved, and charging is made quicker and smarter. The mode of manually plugging a cable is avoided, people do not need to operate on site, manpower resources are saved, and safety performance is enhanced.
