The invention relates to an air pressure stabilizing system and a method for controlling pore water pressure in a coal-rock mass creep test, and belongs to the technical field of coal seam tests. Thesystem is mainly composed of a gas cylinder, an outlet pressure reducing valve, an automatic regulating solenoid valve, a sensor, a signal processor, a pneumatic valve, an exhaust port and a reactionkettle. According to the system, the thought of feedback regulation is applied, an air pressure signal in the reaction kettle is transmitted through a sensor, and the air pressure signal is convertedinto a control instruction through a signal processor to control opening and closing of the automatic regulating solenoid valve, and the automatic regulating solenoid valve controls opening and closing of the pneumatic valve, and then the pressure in the reaction kettle is controlled. The system is reliable in operation, simple in structure and convenient to operate, and can provide stable confining pressure for a creep experiment of the coal and rock mass under the action of using water as a medium.
