Luminescent material of cuprous iodide complex and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a luminescent material of red-phosphorescence cuprous iodide complex and a preparation method thereof. The phosphorescence complex is obtained through complexation of CuI and a ligand, with a molecular structure of (CuIL)n, wherein L is the ligand, the ligand is electrically neutral heterocyclic ligand 4-(2-benzoxazolyl) pyridine, that is, the combination of the benzoxazolyl and the pyridine. Due to introducing the benzoxazolyl group beneficial to luminescence of molecular excited state and heavy halogen iodine beneficial to intersystem crossing of the excited state into the material, and promotion of the intersystem crossing by metal-to-ligand charge transfer, the material has relatively good phosphorescence performance. The material is obtained by the directly mixing reaction of the ligand with an acetonitrile solution of CuI, has advantages of simple technology, simple equipment, easily-available raw materials, low cost and good thermal stability, and can be used as a photoluminescence red-phosphorescence material, and a phosphorescent material of a luminous layer of an electroluminescent device composed of multilayer organic materials.

The invention discloses a tumor targeting metal complex, a synthetic method and application. The synthetic method comprises the steps of connecting a ligand with a substituent group and a targeting molecule, complexing the ligand and metal ions, and synthesizing to obtain the tumor targeting metal complex, wherein the ligand is one of a phenanthroline derivative, a dipyridyl derivative, a benzimidazole derivative, a phenyl-pyridine derivative and a thiophene-pyridine derivative; the targeting molecule is one of biotin, folic acid, integrin, transferrin, cell-penetrating peptide, octa-poly-L-arginine, MUC-1 attached membrane protein, galactosamine, neovascular targeting peptide and a granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor; the metal ions are ruthenium, osmium, rhodium or iridium ions. The complex obtained by the method provided by the invention can be selectively absorbed by tumor cells, and induces apoptosis of the tumor cells. In a nude mouse tumor-bearing model, the tumor targeting metal complex can image and treat tumors, and the toxicity of organs and tissues is reduced.

Preparation method of two-photon absorption type ruthenium complex and application of ruthenium complex as tumor probe

The invention discloses a preparation method of a two-photon absorption type ruthenium complex and application of the ruthenium complex as a tumor probe. The two-photon absorption type ruthenium complex is at least one of Ru-1 and Ru-RGD, wherein the structural formulae of cations of Ru-1 and Ru-RGD are represented by a formula I and a formula II (shown in the description). The two-photon absorption type ruthenium complex is synthesized by virtue of a microwave radiation method, and the ruthenium complex with a tumor targeting property is synthesized by linking a complex with a substituent group with molecules with targeting RGD polypeptides. According to the preparation method, the ruthenium complex is efficiently synthesized, the consumption amount of an organic solvent is reduced, and the synthesis time is shortened; the synthesized ruthenium complex has good single and two-photon cell imaging capacities and a cervical cancer cell targeting function, the diagnosis and treatment of tumors can be simultaneously realized, and the preparation method has great clinical application potential.

A phosphorescence complex is obtained by complexing cuprous salt and ligand, and the molecular structure of the phosphorescence complex is shown as [Cu(BINAP)(3-apy)(CH3CN)](PF6), wherein BINAP isdiphosphine ligand 1, 1'-dinaphthalene-2, 2'-double diphenyl phosphine, 3-apy is nitrogen ligand 3-aminopyridine, and CH3CN is acetonitrile. The complex has the advantages that micromolecules are easyfor purification and luminescence efficiency is high and has high thermostability. The material is obtained through direct mixing reaction of Cu(CH3CN)4PF6 and a dichloromethane solution of the ligand, thereby having the advantages of simple and convenient process, simple equipment, easy-to-get raw materials and low cost. The material can serve as a photoluminescence orange yellow phosphorescencematerial and can be used as a luminescent layer phosphorescence layer in an electroluminescence device composed of multiple layers of organic materials.
