Problems solved by technology

[0007] At present, the luminescent performance and thermal stability of Cu(I) complex luminescent materials still need continuous innovation and improvement. More specific analysis shows that the orange / yellow phosphorescent materials currently on sale for OEL are complexes of precious metals such as iridium and platinum. , although the performance is good, but the high price also affects the promotion and application of OEL final products and market performance

Embodiment 1

[0030] A large number of phosphorescent complex materials [Cu(BINAP)(3-apy)(CH 3 CN)](PF 6 ) Crystal sample preparation: Weigh 0.037g (0.1mmol) of Cu(CH 3 EN) 4 PF 6 , 0.062g (0.1mmol) of BINAP, 0.009g (0.1mmol) of 3-apy; after dissolving with 5ml of dichloromethane, mix successively, fully stir to make it fully take place coordination reaction, obtain orange-red clear solution; The above solution was rotary evaporated under reduced pressure at room temperature to remove all solvents, and finally an orange-yellow crystal product was obtained.

Embodiment 2

[0032] Synthesis of orange-yellow phosphorescent complex material [Cu(BINAP)(3-apy)(CH 3 CN)](PF 6 ) single crystal: Weigh 0.037g (0.1mmol) of Cu(CH 3 EN) 4 PF 6 , 0.062g (0.1mmol) of BINAP, 0.009g (0.1mmol) of 3-apy; after dissolving with 5ml of dichloromethane, mix successively, stir fully to make it fully take place in the coordination reaction, and obtain an orange-red clear solution; filter Finally, cover the upper layer of the solution with n-hexane to promote the crystallization of the product, and after standing for a few days, a large number of orange-yellow block crystals precipitate out. Select an orange-yellow block crystal with a size of 0.30mm*0.30mm*0.25mm for X-ray single crystal structure test. The molecular structure of the compound is shown in the attached figure 1 , and its unit cell packing structure is shown in the attached figure 2 .

Abstract

The invention discloses a cuprous complex orange yellow phosphorescence material in a crystal form based on diphosphine chelated ligand BINAP and 3-aminopyridine ligand and a preparation method thereof. A phosphorescence complex is obtained by complexing cuprous salt and ligand, and the molecular structure of the phosphorescence complex is shown as [Cu(BINAP)(3-apy)(CH3CN)](PF6), wherein BINAP isdiphosphine ligand 1, 1'-dinaphthalene-2, 2'-double diphenyl phosphine, 3-apy is nitrogen ligand 3-aminopyridine, and CH3CN is acetonitrile. The complex has the advantages that micromolecules are easyfor purification and luminescence efficiency is high and has high thermostability. The material is obtained through direct mixing reaction of Cu(CH3CN)4PF6 and a dichloromethane solution of the ligand, thereby having the advantages of simple and convenient process, simple equipment, easy-to-get raw materials and low cost. The material can serve as a photoluminescence orange yellow phosphorescencematerial and can be used as a luminescent layer phosphorescence layer in an electroluminescence device composed of multiple layers of organic materials.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of luminescent materials, to the fields of photoluminescent materials and electroluminescent materials, in particular to the field of organic electroluminescent materials. Background technique [0002] With the development of science and technology, photonics, photochemistry and photonic materials, as the technical support of information science, have attracted more and more attention from the scientific and technological circles. Functional materials with special photophysical and photochemical properties have been studied more and more, showing attractive application prospects in electroluminescence devices (LEDs), optical sensors, nonlinear optical materials (NLOs) and other fields. Among them, organic (including metal-organic and complexes) luminescent functional materials can be used not only in the field of photoluminescence (including fluorescence detection, advertising signs, safety signs, etc.), but...
