The invention discloses an
explosive detection method based on a portable
mobile phone microscope. A detection device involved in the method is composed of a
mobile phone supporting platform, a firstrotary knob, a first connecting rod, a
gasket, a second connecting rod, a second rotary knob, a third connecting rod, an imaging hole, a
microscope eyepiece, a lens cone, a
microscope objective and anobjective table. After the
mobile phone microscope is amplified by one hundred times, the resolution ratio of the mobile phone microscope can reach the micron level, the
imaging quality can be comparable to that of a common
optical microscope, the view field can reach 1800 microns, and the characteristics of high
image resolution ratio and large view field are achieved. During actual
explosive detection, hydrogel soaked with a detection
reagent is adopted for sampling, the color change of a micro area on the hydrogel is observed through the mobile phone microscope, the mobile phone photographing and camera shooting functions are adopted, the purpose of detecting and recognizing explosive particles in real time in a visual mode is achieved, and therefore the sensitivity and portability ofon-site
explosive detection are remarkably improved. The method has the advantages of being small in size, light in weight, convenient to carry, free of professional training and the like. An effective technical means is provided for on-site explosive detection and analysis of a
public security system.
