The thoracocentesis draining device is composed of an injection syringe, a syringe cover, an operation cylinder, a pressing handle cylinder, an upper pressing handle, a lower pressing handle, an anti-skid cushion, a positioning ring and expansion supporting positioning frames. The syringe cover is arranged on the injection syringe in a sleeved mode, the operation cylinder is arranged on the syringe cover in a sleeved mode, the pressing handle cylinder is arranged on the operation cylinder in a sleeved mode, and the bottom end of the syringe cover is a positioning ring which is sleeved with the syringe cover into a whole. Each expansion supporting positioning frame is composed of an expansion supporting handle and an expansion supporting strip, wherein the expansion supporting strip is a circular arc metal strip, the upper surfaces of the two ends of the expansion supporting strip are respectively hinged to one end of the expansion supporting handle, and the other end of the expansion supporting handle is hinged to the bottom edge of the outer side wall of the operation barrel. By means of the thoracocentesis draining device, a puncture needle can vertically puncture into the inner wall of the chest, and the syringe needle is prevented from freely moving after puncturing into the chest.
