The invention relates to a
thoracentesis air-extraction device for treating
pneumothorax. The air-extraction device includes a puncture needle, a warning tube and an air
exhaust pipe; the puncture needle includes a needle core, a needle sheath and a needle base; the needle base is a right angle tee tube; a rubber soft plug is fixed inside the upper end of the
straight tube of the needle base, andthe other end is fixedly connected to the needle sheath; the
branch tubes are connected to the warning tube and the air
exhaust pipe with soft tubes; the needle sheath is a plastic tube of which external
diameter is gradually tapered from the head end to the
tail end; the needle core penetrates into the rubber soft plug from the
tail end of the needle seat and penetrates out from the needle sheath; the warning tube is a transparent tube, the bottom surface of the warning tube is provided with a small round tube connecting needle seat, the other end of the warning tube is open, and an elastic
silicone membrane is fixed inside the warning tube; the air
exhaust pipe is a hollow
cylindrical tube, and small round tubes are fixed on the two ends of the air exhaust
pipe, wherein the small round tube on one end is connected to the needle seat, and the small round tube on the other end is assembled with a
silicone sleeve; and a unidirectional membrane and dustproof cloth are fixed in the air exhaust
pipe. The air-extraction device is used for the air-extraction treatment of the
pneumothorax; and the air-extraction device is simple in structure and convenient in using and can carry out the
first aid and long-term treatment of the
pneumothorax.
