The invention discloses an operational puncture instrument and a method for treating stress
urinary incontinence. The instrument is hollow, and consists of a
handle, a body part, a head end and a
tail end; and the part, entering the body of a patient, of the instrument has certain curvature, and the curvature is matched with anatomical curvature of the
human body from a puncture starting point to a puncture ending point. The
tail end of the instrument is connected with fluid and pressure produced by the fluid so as to introduce the fluid and the pressure to an opening part of the head end; during operation, the puncture instrument punctures an obturator membrane and a
muscle tissue, and reaches the lower side of the
vagina mucosa; and by
external pressure, a fluid supporting force formed at the head end can separate the gaps of surrounding normal tissues, so the instrument can move forward in the absence of resistance and with smaller
tissue damage. Under the guide of the
index finger, inside the
vagina and outside the
vagina mucosa, of an operation doctor, the puncture instrument moves to a middle incision of the front wall of the vagina and is connected with one end of a suspender; and the puncture instrument quits along the original puncture path and implants the suspender into the body on the rear wall of the middle section of the
urethra so as to treat the stress
urinary incontinence. The parts of the instrument are various; and the connection between the fluid and the instrument can be designed as required.
