The invention discloses an intelligent clothes airing device capable of gathering clothes through
gravitational potential energy and a manufacturing method thereof. The intelligent clothes airing device comprises a clothes storage cabinet, a trapezoid clothes airing support, a steel
wire rope, a clothes airing
rope, clothes hooks, a fixed
pulley and a clothes airing
rope clamping mechanism. The clothes airing
rope clamping mechanism is composed of an N-shaped iron plate, a
magnet on the clothes airing support and clamping grooves in a
traction belt. The steel
wire rope penetrates through circular iron rings on the clothes airing rope and is fixed to the position between the fixed
pulley and the clothes storage cabinet. One end of the clothes airing rope is connected with the interior of the clothes storage cabinet. The other end of the clothes airing rope is connected with the
traction belt and connected with a rotating motor through the fixed
pulley. When the intelligent clothes airing device works, a
control system operates the motor according to an acquisition result of a sensor, and the intelligent clothes airing device can automatically pull clothes out of the clothes airing cabinet for airing and automatically gather the clothes through the
gravitational potential energy of the clothes in cooperation with a photoelectric position switch and the clamping mechanism. The trapezoid clothes airing support has
height difference, the clothes can be gathered back through the clothes airing rope and the
gravitational potential energy of the clothes,
electric energy is saved, the single-motor structure is adopted, and an electric device is omitted.
