The invention discloses a primer for a
zinc-rich
epoxy resin glass sliding door. The primer is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 23-26 parts of water-based nitro resin, 45-48 parts of
epoxy resin emulsions, 0.3-0.6 part of
divinyl benzene, 0.3-0.5 part of flatting agents BYK-310, 0.1-0.2 part of
babassu oil, 0.2-0.4 part of
ethylene tar, 1-3 parts of dodecenoic acid, 0.4-0.8 part of water-based
methylisothiazolinone, 0.4-0.7 part of
sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.3-0.5 part of dihexyl sulpho succinate, 0.3-0.5 part of polyether modified
polydimethylsiloxane solutions, 1-2 parts of HDI curing agents E402-90T, 0.5-1.0 part of water-based
silane coupling agents, 0.3-0.5 part of
sodium hexametaphosphate, 0.2-0.4 part of nanometer
bentonite anti-
settling agents, 3-5 parts of modified nanometer
titanium dioxide photocatalysts, 1-2 parts of pigments, 1-2 parts of
zinc powder and 12-15 parts of deionized water. The
coating disclosed by the invention not only plays roles of coloring and coverage but also plays roles of very good
rust prevention,
atmospheric corrosion resistance and
ageing resistance through the addition of the
zinc powder on the basis of having good
adhesive power and high
acid resistance and
water resistance, and is capable of effectively purifying the air and killing multiple
bacteria and has the functions of deodorization,
odor elimination,
pollution prevention and
self cleaning through the addition of the modified nanometer
titanium dioxide photocatalysts, thereby further improving the quality of the
coating.
