Multi-positional paint tray

A paint tray that can be used in the vertical as well as horizontal position to hold paint for use with a roller. Formed longitudinally inside the tray is an inclined bottom surface designed to return excess paint to the basin when the paint tray is disposed horizontally. Formed on the inclined surfaces is a plurality of parallel raised contact surfaces that provides a directional contact surface used to remove excess paint from the roller and return the excess paint to the basin. The length of the inclined surface is sufficient to create freeboard for use in the vertical position without risk of spillage. The paint tray is equipped with a pair of legs attached to its distal end that allows the paint tray to rest vertically on the rung(s) of a ladder or step(s) of a stepladder, or horizontally on the ladder shelf as traditional paint trays. Aligned longitudinally on the distal end of the paint tray is a rigid handle for easy transport of the paint tray in the vertical position. Also aligned longitudinally on the proximal end of the paint tray are a plurality of feet that enable the paint tray to stand vertically on a support surface.

Adjustable depth of drive device

An adjustable depth of drive device for use on a fastener driving tool. The adjustable depth of drive device includes a thumb post which is mounted to, and extends from a work piece contact element of the tool. Also included is a thumb wheel which is removably attached to the thumb post. A spring member is another part of the adjustable depth of drive device, and it is engagable with the thumb wheel in at least two positions. In a first position, the spring member is frictionally engaged with the thumb wheel to prevent unwanted movement of the thumb wheel relative to the thumb post, and this first position allows for fine adjustments of the position of the work piece contact element. In a second position, the spring member is disengaged from the thumb wheel to permit free rotation of the thumb wheel on the thumb post, which allows for gross adjustments of the position of the work piece contact element.

Insole support system

A foot support insole having four different versions, each providing differing degrees of arch support for use in any shoe or boot. The insole is biomechanically shaped to support the medial arch, the lateral arch, the metatarsal arch, and the heel. In each of these versions, the principal variable is the extent of support for the medial arch. Low, medium, high, and extreme foot support versions are disclosed. The insole design effectively distributes the weight-generated forces provided by the user into a neutral plantigrade position. Supporting the neutral position for the foot obtains optimum balance and weight distribution by dispersing the forces applied by the foot over the greatest area possible within the shoe. The insole allows the three foot arches to work together and function as a structural support tripod, alternatively absorbing compressive forces and recoiling into a stable support state.
