The invention relates to a
bipolar radiofrequency intestinal tract anastomat and a working method. The anastomat comprises a near-end structure, a far-end structure and a
radiofrequency energy generator, wherein the near-end structure is placed at the near end of an intestinal tract; the far-end structure is divided into a head portion and a
handle portion, is located at the far end of the intestinal tract, and connects a positive pole with a negative pole of the
radiofrequency energy generator through a guide wire inside the
handle portion; and after the near-end structure is in
butt joint with the far-end structure, the far-end structure becomes the negative pole, and a
metal circular ring of the near-end structure is the positive pole. The intestinal tract is respectively sleeved on the near-end structure and the far-end structure, a portion needing
anastomosis is collected to be attached to the
metal circular ring of the near-end structure and a
metal circular ring of the far-end structure, after sleeving, the metal circular ring of the near-end structure and the metal circular ring of the far-end structure form a circuit with the positive pole and the negative pole, intestinal tract
anastomosis is completed after energization, after
electricity is
cut off, an internal push-type cutter is triggered through a switch of the
handle portion, and residual tissue in the intestinal tract is
cut off to guarantee smoothness of the intestinal tract. The
anastomosis portion is continuous,
operation time is short, no foreign matters are left in the intestinal tract after an operation, and safety of the anastomosis process is guaranteed.
