A 4DHT hybrid electric vehicle transmission comprises a flywheel damper, an engine connection clutch, planetary gear sets, gear rings, planet carriers, sun gears, planetary gear set control clutches, starting function, driving function and power generating function integrated motors, motor shafts, brakes, input shafts, a first output shaft, a first output shaft clutch, a second output shaft, a second output shaft clutch, a single-way clutch, a locking clutch and a differential. The gear rings, the planet carriers and the sun gears are arranged in the planetary gear sets which are used for power synthesis, and the planetary gear set control clutches are arranged between the gear rings and the planet carriers to control relative movement or fixation of the gear rings, the planet carriers and the sun gears. The motor shafts are used for connection with the motors and the sun gears, and the brakes are used for controlling fixation and rotation of the gear rings. By control of an engine, the motors and each torque control element, functions of pure motor driving, engine driving, hybrid power driving, power generating in vehicular static state and running state, energy recovering and the like of a vehicle are realized.
