polyurethane composite
polyester consists of a component A and a component B in aweight ratio of 1: (1.2 to 1.5), wherein the component B is polymethylene
polyphenyl isocyanate, the component B is prepared from the following raw materials by weight percent: 35 to 45 percent of polyether
polyol I, 5 to 15 percent of polyether
polyol II, 5 to 10 percent of polyether
polyol III, 5 to 15 percent of
polyester polyol I, 1.5 to 2.5 percent of foam stabilizer, 0.5 to 2 percent of catalyst, 1.0 to 2.5 percent of water, 5 to 25 percent of
foaming agent, and 10 to 15 percent of
flame retardant, wherein the functionality of polyether polyol I is 4 to 7, and the number-average molecular weight is 500 to 800; the functionality of polyether polyol II is 4 to 6, and the number-average molecular weight is 500 to 700; the functionality of polyether polyol III is 3.5 to 5, and the number-average molecular weight is 400 to 600; the functionality of the
polyester polyol I is 2 to 3, and the number-average molecular weight 300 to 500; and the
viscosity of polymethylene
polyphenyl isocyanate at 25 DEG C is 350 to 500 mPa.s. The
polyurethane composite polyether prepared by adopting the formula is high in strength and good in heat preservation effect.
