The invention discloses a stored liquid shaking control method of a floating-type oil and gas production storage and discharging device. The method comprises the following steps that the first order vibration frequency of stored liquid shaking of the floating-type oil and gas production storage and discharging device is calculated; basic parameters of a cuboid tuning liquid damper are determined;a base used for supporting the tuning liquid damper is welded to the floating-type oil and gas production storage and discharging device, and the tuning liquid damper is installed on a fixed base; whether or not the shaking reducing amplitude of the liquid surface reaches the standard is judged according to change conditions of the shaking amplitude of stored liquid after installment of the tuningliquid damper, and if not, the liquid level of the tuning liquid damper is adjusted until the shaking amplitude of the stored liquid surface in the floating-type oil and gas production storage and discharging device reaches the standard. According to the method, the shaking amplitude of the stored liquid is reduced, the safety of oil and gas resources stored in the floating-type oil and gas production storage and discharging device in the transporting process is greatly improved, and the schedule and benefit of the oil and gas resources in the transporting process are improved.
