A method for excising skin is disclosed, in which a plurality of incisions are made to collectively form a patch of skin to be reduced, instead of making a single large incision of the patch. Thus, scarring after healing is less noticeable. Preferably, the incisions are arranged such that a total area of all incised skin segments taken in a direction perpendicular to an axis of said patch changes gradually along said axis. The incisions are preferably navicular in shape, and the patch axial ends are are preferably navicular in shape in the event an elongated incision is made. A punch array is also disclosed for making the incisions simultaneously and precisely.

A glabrous leaf paper mulberry white skin pulping method is to immerse glabrous leaf paper mulberry white skin segments (30-50mm) into water for 30 to 60 minutes under the condition of a liquid ratio of 1:6 to 8 and temperature of 60 DEG C. Untwining the glabrous leaf paper mulberry white skin segments into a fiber bundle, then adding cold water according to a liquid ratio of 1:15 to 25 and leading the temperature to descend to 28 to 30 DEG C. Then a fiber bundle is sent to a reaction bin, accessed to anaerobic bacillus (inoculation amount is 3 percent) and reacted for 42 to 48 hours under the temperature of 28 to 32 DEG C. The biodegradation reaction is stopped when reaching a fiber liberation point, after treatment, the subsequent bleaching operation is carried on. Adding nutrient salt into the reaction materials 24 hours later after inoculation (urea 1.5 percent, K2HPO4H2O 1 percent). The invention overcomes defects of large consumption of chemicals, high temperature and high pressure and high pollution load existing in pulping technology by chemical method in the prior art; also, the invention overcomes defects that in the prior art long treatment cycle is needed caused by using biotechnology on raw material treatment, and low hardness and fiber liberation point can not be realized.

The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft structural design, in particular to an aircraft cap rotation hinge device. The devcie comprises a hinge and a hinge skin. A right hinge leaf ofthe hinge is fixed to a fuselage frame. The hinge skin is integrally formed, and two ends of the hinge skin are respectively a first skin segment and a third skin segment, and a second skin segment is between the first skin segment and the third skin segment. The first skin segment is flat and is fixed with a left hinge leaf of the hinge. The third skin segment is flat and is fixed to a cap. Thehinge device does not need an additional accessory structure and does not need to add unnecessary gaps on a structure body and the cap, and can ensure sealing property of the cap and maximization of an opening angle. Thus, a contradiction of sealing property and internal space occupation of a traditional cap connecting method is solved. The device also does not highlight a theoretical shape, and can solve a connection problem of a maintenance cap having sealing requirement with a system that is close to the structure.
