The invention discloses a fine-adjustment bending device. The fine-adjustment bending device comprises an upper die base, a lower die base used for containing a product, a driving part connected to the upper die base, a bending punch connected to the driving part, a mounting groove formed in the bending punch, a fine-adjustment bending assembly arranged in the mounting groove, a shifting plate assembly placed on the lower die base and used for carrying the product, and a first guide rail connected to the shifting plate assembly and fixed to the lower die base. The fine-adjustment bending assembly comprises a second guide rail placed on the inner wall of the mounting groove, a pendulum clock punch connected to the moving part, and a rotating part connected between the moving part and the pendulum clock punch. After preliminary bending, the fine-adjustment bending device can be used for automatically achieving fine trimming. In addition, the transverse position, relative to the fine-adjustment bending assembly, of the product can be adjusted automatically, and all fine adjustment of the bent portion of the product can be completed efficiently. Not only is efficiency improved, but also manpower is saved.
