Abstract

The invention provides an identification method of a Chinese wolfberry color-related metabolite, which comprises the following steps of: pretreating Chinese wolfberry fruit samples of Chinese wolfberry varieties of different colors, extracting anthocyanin, and carrying out qualitative and quantitative detection on the anthocyanin; analyzing the anthocyanin detection data, and positioning chromatographic ion peaks to obtain a Chinese wolfberry anthocyanin database; and performing quantitative analysis, and screening to obtain a specific metabolite about the color depth of the Chinese wolfberryfruits. The method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that a basis is provided for subsequent deeper research on specific substances about the color depth of the Chinese wolfberry,and meanwhile, convenience is provided for subsequent metabolite research and breeding research; by exploring ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry test conditions, the anthocyanin detection accuracy is improved; and an identification method of a Chinese wolfberry color-related metabolite is provided, an anthocyanin database is constructed, a material basis is provided forlater research, and a research thought is also provided for identifying plant color-related metabolites in the future.
