Abstract

The invention provides a multifunctional stent coating based on recombinant human collagen and a preparation method of the multifunctional stent coating. The preparation method comprises the followingsteps: (1) activating a substrate material; (2) placing the activated substrate material into a solution containing an amino compound to react to obtain an aminated substrate material; (3) placing the aminated substrate material into a poly-negative electrolyte solution to react and then washing the aminated substrate material with de-ionized water; (4) placing the product obtained in step (3) into a poly-positive electrolyte solution to react and then washing the product with de-ionized water; and (5) taking the product obtained in step (2) as a substrate at room temperature and repeating the step (3) to the step (4) for 3-15 times to prepare the multifunctional stent coating. The multifunctional stent coating prepared by the invention can be used for effectively improving anticoagulation and rapid endothelialization properties of biological materials including vascular stent materials and the like, and the problems of late thrombus and restenosis of a current stent material are potentially reduced.
