Problems solved by technology

Their common problem is: natural products such as quartz sand, bentonite, etc. are low in price, but have a single function, and most of them can only filter out particulate pollutants. For ionic pollutants dissolved in water, such as heavy metal ions, organic pollutants, etc. , the effect is limited; and artificial filter materials, such as ceramsite, porcelain sand, activated carbon, etc., generally have to be sintered at high temperature, which consumes a lot of energy and pollutes the atmosphere, especially the production of activated carbon, but also destroys trees. Their adsorption capacity is relatively simple
The current water filtration adsorption materials cannot meet the needs in terms of performance, and it is urgent to have a high-performance material

Abstract

The invention provides a high-efficiency environment-friendly composite material which can absorb various harmful substances in water. The invention has the technical scheme that the composite material comprises the following raw materials in weight parts: 6-10 parts of aramid fiber, 12-18 parts of water solution of sodium silicate with 30-35% of mass concentration, 20-30 parts of expanded perlite, 15-25 parts of expanded vermiculite, 10-30 parts of infusorial earth, 8-15 parts of ceramic fiber, 6-12 pars of wollastonite fiber and 5-10 parts of water solution of magnesium chloride as a hardening agent with 30% of mass concentration. The composite material has the characteristic that various organic and inorganic materials with absorption capability are used and can be used for adsorbing different substances, and thus, the composite material has broad-spectrum adsorption filtration property including ion exchange property. The material is prepared with a low-temperature chemical hardening method without high-temperature sintering, so that energy is saved, and the requirements for the hardness and the strength of the material are met. Experimental results show that the hardness and the strength of the material are greater than those of ceramsite and close to those of porcelain sand, and the adsorption property of the material is far better than that of active carbon.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of water purification materials, in particular to a composite material for adsorbing harmful substances in water. Background technique [0002] my country is a country with a shortage of water resources. Sewage treatment and wastewater regeneration are important tasks for water conservation, energy conservation and emission reduction. The pollutants in water mainly include organic pollutants, inorganic pollutants, biological and microbial pollutants, some of which are in the form of solid particles, and some are in the form of ions or colloids dissolved in water. Currently commonly used water treatment methods are nothing more than physical methods (filtration, adsorption), chemical methods (oxidation, neutralization...), biological methods (microbial water purification). Filtration adsorption is an essential step in various methods. There are many commonly used filter and adsorption materials, such as qua...
