The invention discloses a porcelain fire cover of a gas stove burner, and belongs to the field of gas cookers. A traditional
copper burner fire cover can be corroded easily in itself,
heat transfer is likely to happen, and thus a furnace end can be oxidized and corroded easily; and due to the
high weight, dismounting and cleaning are inconvenient. The fire cover disclosed by the invention is made of aluminum
alloy, and all the surfaces of an aluminum
alloy matrix of the fire cover are subjected to hard
anodizing surface treatment. A porcelain hard
anodic oxide film wrapping the aluminum
alloy matrix is formed on the surfaces of the aluminum alloy matrix on the fire cover. The thickness of the hard
anodic oxide film is not smaller than 0.08mm, and the hard
anodic oxide film and the aluminum alloy matrix infiltrate with each other to be combined. Hence, the fire cover is resistant to
corrosion, high temperatures and abrasion, long in service life, convenient to dismount and clean, and capable of reducing manufacturing cost.
