The invention relates to a measuring device for calibrating a high-speed railway track measuring instrument. The smoothness detection on a railway track mostly adopts a mode of using a track geometrical state measuring instrument, and after the long-period use, the measuring precision can be reduced, so that a standard calibrating device is needed for carrying out timed and regular calibration on the measuring instrument. The measuring device comprises a welding base, a superelevation calibrating module, a casting structure crossbeam and a track gauge calibrating module from bottom to top, wherein the casting structure crossbeam is vertical to the alignment, the superelevation calibrating module determines the moving of the casting structure crossbeam through reading the radian block rotation distance, and the track gauge calibrating module can calibrate the alignment, the height and the track gauge. The measuring device has the advantages that the alignment, the track gauge, the height and the superelevation of the track measuring instrument can realize the timed and regular calibration, the structure is reasonable, the operation is simple, the measurement errors of the track measuring instrument due to the long-period use in the field operation process are avoided, and the measurement accuracy of the track measuring instrument is improved.
